Revised Templates for Two Wordpress Landing pages

I need a Wordpress webpage template designer to do the following:

We have a showroom landing page on our Wordpress website but wish to re-template this to be more engaging with clear call to action and data capture.

The key detail is :

1) A moving banner / video to showcase our products and showroom

2) Company Introduction

3) Showroom locations

4) Call us now button

5) Data capture / contact us / call back form - linked to our CRM / Pipedrive

The items listed above do not need to be in the same order but we are looking for an improved template on that page that will lead to increased calls and enquiries. We currently have 150 people a day landing on our showroom page.

This has to be replicated on two websites:
1) https://www.elitebalustrade.com/showroom/
2) https://www.eliteoutdoorliving.co.uk/showroom/

Please offer a rough cost to re-template these pages with examples of your work,
