Retail Ecommerce Mailchimp design and setup

Design details: Looking for a designer to work with us to produce at least 2 emails per week to produce ecommerce emails to sell premium menswear and womenswear. Designer should have experience of using mailchimp, be able to edit photography and create graphics and understand the requirements for email formatting for appearance on different devices and well as a good eye for premium looking design.
