    If the website is already completed, can you send the URL?

    You have suggested completion within 12 hours, as such, is the fixed fee just a placeholder?
    i.e. you are entertaining proposals closer to around $300 which is a rough 'guesstimate' as without assessing the site in its current state, it's not easy to estimate accurately.
