    Without the design, it's not possible to offer which option is best for the project, particularly as the target is 12 hours from being awarded and the fixed fee is £50 without any knowledge of what's involved.

    If you share the design, it'll allow an opportunity to asses and then make a proposal as to the best and most efficient way forward.
