Provide a template to improve the design of a website.

The job needs doing urgently. We emply a full time designer but her workload at the moment is huge. We are a trade show organiser, staging events in Excel and Olympia. All of our shows are B2B and are a mix of conference and exhibition. We have a developer to do the back end of the site, we just need a design. The current site is a temporary stop gap which we ruished to get live using another freelancer, but its substandard against our other sites and needs improving.
