Professional PSD/Wireframe Design for Website

Hi Everyone,

I have a website already built and developed on my local web server. It uses VERY simple styles from a CSS file at the moment.

I need either a .PSD file or wireframes image made up for a professional design that I can later take away and develop the site from.

I'm after a experienced website designer to take the static HTML homepage (provided) and make it look awesome.

As mentioned above, I am a PHP developer and would like a professional job completed with attention to detail paramount.

My expectations are quite high and would like to maintain contact with the developer behind the project during the process of the build.

I would like my feedback to be taken into consideration during this project.

With this being said, I am looking realistically at a UK agency / developer to complete the work, although I am open to proposals from all.

At the moment this is just the homepage (as seen as attached photo) that needs designing into a PSD or Wireframe, If I am pleased with the developers work there could very potentially be more work coming your way with this site. The page will also feature a footer section not shown in image.

The layout is very simple with a Header, Menu, main content section and footer.

If you could include a portfolio of websites you have completed previously in your proposal this would be great.
