Prestigious Hotel Website re-design & Ongoing SE ranking

Quote required to redesign the website of a prestigious hotel and import current content plus incorporate an online content management system to allow hotel administrator to make changes to pages. The site needs to be developed with up-to-date search engine optimization and ranking (on and off page). Please also advise of any additional costs, either fixed or ongoing, that may apply to Google (or others) ranking and SEO etc. Keywords etc can be supplied together with examples of competitors who are currently appearing where this hotel wishes to be placed.

Currently looking through a selection of sites looking at various features and design elements that may suit this hotel they like the look and feel of hshotels.co.uk. The site would therefore need to be of this quality and similar style. All images can be supplied as required.

All work is to be done to the latest XHTML and CSS standards including W3C validation when required and should therefore always built taking optimisation into account.
