Portfolio Website Creation

We are looking for a website designer to set up a page for us using wordpress with the following:

Portfolio website site with the following pages:
- Home page with a selected list of projects (these are company logos, that link to websites)
- Portfolio page with a list all of all projects (these are company logos, that link to websites) (Note: I may want to group the projects by categories)
- About us Page
- Meet the team page
- Contact Page
- Blog menu
- Blog page
- Terms
- Privacy policy

Must be SEO friendly.

Must use Wordpress for CMS and I will need help setting this up with the my domain provide (we can do a screen share if needed).

Within Wordpress I want an easy way to add new projects (I am not a coder)

Here is an example of what I am trying to achieve: https://acceleratorventures.com/ (this is not my brand or company, just an example), though I would something that looks nicer, more professional and more modern.
- On this site I like the way the logos rotate and have a shot description on the hover over.

I would also like help with a logo

I can supply content, and I can add this straight into wordpress during the build if that’s easier.

Need a quick turn around

I need to work with someone who is flexible regarding the scope. I think I have captured all the requirements here but I may have missed a page or two.
