Page building in wordpress + website formatted for mobile

Hi, I need a page building in wordpress.

I have all the content (text and images), I just need it building in a page format. It is a variable product with 3 different services I offer.

I would need it building without code (using containers) so I can see what's been done and replicate in future.

The site is built on Avada theme.

I will also need the site formatted so it correctly displays on mobile and ipad. (It's been built for desktop so far).

There may be ongoing work for the right person.
