Ongoing SEO work

I'm looking to hire someone to work on SEO for www.thecouriercompany.co.uk to essentially drive more traffic (Relevant) and also build brand awareness

I'm not wanting anyone who is going to use any blackhat techniques or any techniques which will get us penalised by Google.

We work in the logistics and parcel delivery industry.
