One page website design from existing site - leading to whole site re design

I am looking for a designer to design our working beta site which has over 20 fairly complex pages and numerous pop ups . As this will be a large and time consuming project I would like someone to do this simple part of the site ( see screenshot ) so we can see there work . Please look at the enclosed screen shot and come back with questions and quotes

Think along the lines of headspace mating with pinterest.

Note I only need design . NO coding is required
