New WordPress Website Using Modern Template

I am looking for an experienced WordPress designer/developer to a new website. The current website has become outdated, and I’d like a fresh, modern look that reflects my brand effectively.

Key Requirements:
WordPress Template/Theme Setup: Select and use a modern WordPress theme/template that enhances the site’s usability, is mobile-friendly, and aligns with current web standards. I am open to recommendations on themes that fit a professional yet approachable feel.

Content Transfer: Migrate existing content from my current website to the new layout. You’ll need to use common sense to place content in the correct sections of the new template (for example, moving testimonials, services, and contact information to appropriate areas within the new layout).
Temporary Development Site: Set up the new site on a temporary/staging environment to avoid disruption to my current website while construction is underway.
Customization: Minimal customization to the template may be required to match my brand’s color scheme, fonts, and overall aesthetic.
SEO Considerations: Ensure basic SEO best practices, such as page titles, meta descriptions, and mobile optimization, are adhered to during the transfer and setup.
Responsive and User-Friendly Design: The new website should be responsive across all devices, load quickly, and have a clean, professional, and user-friendly layout.

Additional SEO Optimisation:
I am particularly keen to ensure that my new website follows current SEO best practices, as I suspect my current site may have gaps in this area. As part of this project, I would like an SEO audit of my existing content to identify any critical issues that may impact search performance. This audit should inform how content is structured on the new site to maximise visibility. If necessary, adjustments to keyword usage, headings, and meta elements should be made to improve search engine rankings and provide a strong SEO foundation for ongoing growth.
Content: Most of the content will remain the same; you’ll just be transferring it to the new layout. However, there may be some minor text edits or updates, which I’ll provide once the transfer is complete.
