New website build

I am looking for quotes to design, develop and deploy a corporate website. The requirements are listed below in 2 sections. Please include a breakdown of the price for each section, inclusions/exclusions and approximate duration. Section 2 is awarded on successful completion of section 1.

Section 1 - Website design

Requirements:
Site 'look and feel'
Homepage design + one other page design.


Section 2 - Website creation

Requirements:
Easy to use CMS - ideally WordPress or Joomla

Templates:
Homepage template - including carousel, twitter/blog/news feed
Contact template - customisable contact form (simple)
Standard content template - static image/banner, submenu,
Detailed content template - very simple content only layout
Vacancy Page template - free text search, 5 filters (location, type, pay, role type, skills)
Job details template - includes an simple application form and upload cv

Deployment to specified hosting provider.
