New web design

I was really happy with my site - www.yorkshireaccountancy.co.uk - when it got redesigned a year or so back. But now the site has got somewhat convoluted with new pages being added etc and I am starting to want a new design.

Specifically I want:

- a really fast website. Currently we have a page builder that is slowing things down - Elementor. We have struggled with site speed for months.
- I want a super easy to update backend. Potentially with page blocks of some kind for easy content updates (ACF?)
- I want to remove unnecessary plugins
- I want it to be really SEO centric

I like this kind of design - https://www.joeslawncare.co.uk/ - bright, easy to navigate, good CTA's, good branding, nice fonts.

I would want to keep my branding in place - colours, logo, images - everything else can be updated.

My current site has around 40 ish pages plus a blog. There are also several forms - see https://www.yorkshireaccountancy.co.uk/join-us/ as an example. So we would need plans for these. I have always loved these forms - https://www.vwfestival.co.uk/autojumble, https://www.vwfestival.co.uk/vehicle-displays etc. I also like the style of this site and the footer style on this site.

If I choose to use you I want the process to be easy. I don't want any issues. I had issues in the past at times with web designers. This will be around my 3rd or 4th design in two years so I need to get this right.

I'd also prefer to find someone who can work with me going forward to update and maintain the site for a monthly fee.
