New front page for website

We need a new front page for our website. Needs to be someone with a flair for design as we are looking for an attractive and modern page. Not just a functional page. We are on a platform called bluepark. So everything between the menu and the footer is standard HTML, You don't need to make any header or footer changes as these are controlled using the bluepark templates
I've marked on the attached picture the parts on the page that you will not need to make changes to. So as I say its totally an HTML exercise and you don't need to know anything about bluepark. I can also provide some web front pages that I like or if you don't need that and have your own ideas that works too.
