Description
I like the design of my IONOS website www.avcdebtrecovery.com and seek to transfer it to a new IONOS platform as I feel comfortable with the back end work that I seek to do going forward as well as the editing and management.
My website works and when I started in business 14 years ago everybody told me I would never succeed with a 1& 1 website, so I designed it myself and am on the front page of Google below the paid ads. I am peeved that IONOS no longer support the original format.
Everybody tells you that everything must change, but clean water was around millions of years ago and it still needed as it was and that is how I feel about by website. I like the navigation bar at the top as I have it.
I want a box at the side setting out our awards on every page as I understand the split page format is no longer supported. I don’t want any pictures of $USD and you will be able to see what pictures we currently use (some are lost), but IONOS have a bank.
In addition IONOS have a great support team on the phone, so i want an IONOS template.
IONOS may well accept a word press document, but what I really want is someone to use an IONOS Template and recreate something similar to what is already in situ using copying and pasting the exact wording that I have.
If what I have written fails that is down to me.
I may remove pages or amalgamate at a later date, but I seek a designer who has worked with IONOS templates previously and an understanding of the back end functionality as I like to use the back up of IONOS which may not be available if its an outside Wordpress template.
What I didn’t want and don'rt want is someone telling me what I need to do and why what they do is better and why I need it. I know what I want. I will input a fixed price but anybody is welcome tom come back and give me the fixed price quote.
I didn’t care if the person is not base din UK, but if you have never worked with a IONOS temp[late or cannot set out why I should change what works then we may not be a match.
Appreciate I came across as a timewaster before, but health comes first.
Please do not respond until you have looked at my website and are certain you can deliver the reuired proposition

Hello Colin Sir,
I hope you’re feeling much better now and fully on the mend. Health always comes first.
Here are a few requests:
+ Do you already have the new IONOS template selected, or should I suggest one similar to your current layout?
+ Should all existing pages be recreated exactly, or are there any you’d like to remove or merge now?
+ Do you have the awards content ready for the side section on every page?
+ Are there any missing images you’d like me to replace from the IONOS library?
Thank you!Colin A W.YesterdayDo you already have the new IONOS template selected, or should I suggest one similar to your current layout?

Prince Pratap M.YesterdayHello Sir,
Thank you for your clear responses, that really helps.
I’ll go ahead and select an appropriate IONOS template that closely matches your current layout and recreate all existing pages exactly as requested. I’ll also pull the awards content directly from your website and replace any missing images using suitable options from the IONOS library.
Since this Q&A section is public, it would be best to discuss the finer details through the PPH message board. Please feel free to send me a message through my proposal so we can go over everything in detail, and I can share all relevant updates with you directly.
Looking forward to working on this with you.
Best regards,
Prince -

Could you please clarify a few points so I can match your expectations precisely:
1. Do you want the page structure replicated exactly as-is, or are there any pages you already plan to remove or merge during this rebuild?
2. For the sidebar awards section, should this appear on all pages in a consistent layout (since split layout isn’t supported)?
3. Are all text contents final, and should I copy them exactly as they are, or are there any updates needed during migration?
4. Do you already have access to the IONOS template you prefer, or should I recommend the closest match based on your current design?
Once I have this confirmed, I’ll provide a clear fixed-price quote and timeline for recreating your site in IONOS exactly as requested.Colin A W.YesterdayCould you please clarify a few points so I can match your expectations precisely:

Colin, quick one after reviewing your site. If we recreate it on the new IONOS template exactly as it is, are you happy to risk losing your current Google positioning, or would you want the structure preserved in a way that protects what’s already working?
Colin A W.YesterdayNot sure how you can read my post and website and respond so quickly.
I want what i have transferred over as is but i cannot have the side bar on every page.
Once it is done i seek to do the back end SEO.
I will lose some SEO functionlaity with Google, but will get it backCornelius O.YesterdayColin, that’s a fair question.
I did go through your site before responding, which is why I kept my approach very direct. You’ve already made it clear you don’t want a redesign or someone telling you what to change, so I’m not coming at this from that angle.
What I understand is this. You want the site rebuilt on an IONOS template as close to what you currently have as possible, keeping your wording, navigation, and overall feel intact. The only real structural change is removing the sidebar and adapting that content into a format that works across pages without changing how the site feels to you.
On SEO, I also understand you’re comfortable handling that side yourself after the transfer, even if there’s a temporary drop. So the focus here is getting the rebuild clean, stable, and easy for you to manage going forward.
The only thing I’d be careful with is how the sidebar content is repositioned so it doesn’t feel like something important has disappeared. That’s usually where these rebuilds either feel identical or suddenly feel “off.”
If that aligns with what you’re expecting, I can walk you through exactly how I’d structure the pages on the IONOS template before starting, so you know it will match what you already have.
