Need homepage redesigned on Wordpress website

I hired a guy to redo my website and he disappeared before it was finally finished ..the homepage needs to be finetuned to make it easy to navigate, my website sells Headband Magnifiers and there are 3 categories of headband magnifiers. The homepage design needs to easy to navigate and intuitive ...it wont take much as you can see its almost done. I have include a screenshot of the new "unfinished" site 1st image and my "oldsight" which he was supposed to improved on 2nd image...the bar menus should have high contrast like my old sight and the 3 category links have to be easy to use and look professional. The site was built on "clickbuy" theme the theme and the wordpress version need and update as well. Also need assistance making sure its live and running properly. Prefer someone who specialized in wordpress also if its done well I will have future wordpress projects to work on. Thanks
