Need a UI designer to help bring new website to live

Hi!

We have had a web designer design the general website, however, we need a UI designer to come in and breath life into said design. Additional pages will be created in the process however, the entire design needs to be mobile friendly and it is about the way the user will interact with the website, with nice animations of tabs etc and what else you can think of when creating a website.

We are going for a clean, crisp, modern look.

All experience levels welcome.

Time frame wise we want to get this done asap, the budget is just what PPH would let us do, please quote with your own pricing and time scale for said project. More info can be provided, please ask.
