My website needs a fresh look using Wordpress.

My website (www.thecranerealtygroup.com) is dated and needs a design update that I can maintain via WordPress in the future. The content of the website does not need to be updated.

I have drafted some ideas for the main page layout, which are available in the attachments. I very much like the style of the www.truagent.com website. I can provide you with brand colors, logo variations, etc as needed. The website needs to load quickly and be mobile-friendly, clean, and easy to read. You do not need to follow the drafted screenshots exactly, I just wanted to provide a better idea of what should be included in the updated version of the website.

If applicable to the design, the types of homes that should be featured in pictures on the website should be middle-to-upper-class homes, not mansions. Welcoming and beautiful is good. We are located in the Finger Lakes, NY.
