Move Wordpress website to a new template

I would like to move this website to a new Wordpress theme, one of the two below.

There's a member's area that is password protected, and there are other podcasts on the website - so a way to upload podcasts is important.

There will also be a video page of YouTube videos.

All the pages, text and images can come from the existing website.
