I seek an experienced web developer to build out my completed website design into a functional site. The design and hosting platforms have already been selected, so technical implementation is the focus of this project. Key deliverables include converting PSD or design files into HTML/CSS, integrating backend functionality, adding or customizing site navigation features, and thoroughly testing all aspects of the user experience across devices.

Familiarity with the selected hosting platform is preferable but not required, as I can provide guidance on its features and administration. Structuring clean, semantic code is important for SEO optimization and future alterations. While a content management system is not necessary for this initial phase, recommendations for adding one later would be appreciated. Attention to accessibility standards and mobile-friendliness are also priorities.

Once the primary structure and styling is complete, there may be opportunities for additional customization or enhancement work depending on my feedback during reviews. Documentation of the development process and files will need to be provided upon project conclusion. A working sample or portfolio demonstrating proficiency converting designs into user-friendly, standards-compliant websites is requested for consideration. Interested candidates should have at least 2 years commercial experience with modern web technologies and techniques.
