Looking for UI/UX Designer for Ongoing App Work

Hi,

We’re currently looking for a UI/UX designer to help improve an existing desktop application used by distributed teams.

The focus is on real product work — refining usability, improving interface states, and making complex workflows clearer and easier to navigate.

What you’ll be working on:

improving and restructuring existing UI flows
defining clear interface states (loading, error, empty)
simplifying data-heavy and multi-step interactions
working within an existing product, not designing from scratch

We’re particularly interested in someone who:

has a strong sense of structure and UX logic
has worked on complex interfaces or desktop-style applications
can clearly explain the reasoning behind their decisions

How we usually work:

we start with a small paid task
provide clear feedback and communication
and continue working together if it’s a good fit
