Logo and website design and wordpress build

Hi,

I am looking to have a website designed and built-in wordpress. The business is a digital marketing company with the domain www.beefoundonline.co.uk has already been purchased.

After doing some initial research the site that most fits the feel that I am going for is the following; http://www.identixdesign.com/.

The website is to be one page split into the following sections;

Header (Logo is also required)
About us
What we offer;
- this should be split into 6 expandable boxes advising more about the services that we offer. For example; SEO and once clicked explaining what this is.
Call to action offering free website audit
Testimonials section
Get in touch
Footer

I have sketched out what I am looking for and would happily provide a wire frame for the right person to work off.

I will happily provide the stock images and would like to host on my current site ground server.

This is a one-off job, however we will need work doing on clients' sites so for the right person there will be potentially a lot more work to be done.

I have put the budget as £500, however please quote as you see fit.
