SUMMARY
I have a live, functional single-page WordPress website that already does everything I need. The site works, but it doesn’t look as professional/polished as I’d like and there are a few minor layout/usability glitches.
I want an experienced WordPress designer/front-end developer to improve the look, layout and user experience WITHOUT adding new features or changing functionality.

This is a refinement/tidy-up job — not a rebuild.

WHAT I NEED
- Improve overall look and feel (cleaner, more modern, more professional)
- Improve spacing, alignment, typography and visual consistency
- Improve mobile and tablet display (responsive tidy-up)
- Fix minor visual/layout glitches
- Keep the site simple, fast and easy to use
- Create a basic Privacy Policy page (template content is fine for a small UK service business)
- Add a simple cookie acceptance banner/notice (lightweight and non-intrusive)

WHAT I DO NOT WANT
- No platform change (must remain WordPress)
- No rebuild from scratch
