I need someone to create a page on an existing webiste

Hello

I have a website www.barakatinteriors.com

I would like for someone to create a landing page/contact page for a new service I will be offering which is interior design.

I don’t want the page to look basic I want something really nice and detailed explaining what we offer and how to contact. Would ideally like this to be incorporated on the home page too in some way that looks aesthetically pleasing.
