I need an e-portfolio created for a school project

I need someone to create a webpage and showcase a 'digital portfolio' for a project to showcase what I learned in a program of study (leadership).
I need an intial draft posted by 3pm CST (US) on 8/9 and finalized by 8/13. A simple website is needed, a main page with 4 subpages. I will send all images (about 7) and PDFs (about 20) that will need to be uploaded. Please use whatever free programs to host these sites, as I don't need to have a custom domain. Attached in this proposal is word doc with what I am envisioning. After 3 weeks, I'll request the website be taken down.
