I need a Wordpress website created for my locksmith business

I need a Wordpress website designed for my locksmith and security business. I will provide the logo and some images for products offered but the freelancer must provide all royalty free stock photos. I have my own hosting with godaddy and I will expect the freelancer to upload the website once completed for me onto my hosting account. I want the website to probably be about 6 or 7 pages and also I want a template page building that I can edit myself so I can do area specific pages to help with my local search rankings and AdWords landing pages. On site SEO included would be a welcome bonus.
