I need a wordpress web site designed

I am helping an artist friend develop a marketing strategy, and am looking for someone to design and build a wordpress web site, similar to the example below (preferably a replica of the loco glass site):

The site needs to look slick, clean and high quality (as per the example). Very high class art.
It will need ecommerce facilities ( I was thinking of using Stripe).
we will need to be able to update it regularly with news and new items/collections for sale. and obviously links to social media accounts.
We will obviously supply logo and all photos/images required, and video as per the above example.
