I need a wordpress site redesigned.

Description of every page: The website is already up and running but I want the look especially of the front page modernized. I would like it to be something that I can change around myself easily after you have redesigned it. I have people's pics and profiles on the front page I would like these details to be smaller and I can show you what I have in mind. I would like a Header in place in which I can slot a different person's picture and profile in each week. I would also like to retain the right side bar as it is now.
Ideas for the visual style: like purples!
