I need a website created for my dental laboratory

I need someone who can create a website (ideally on Wordpress) which will have 8 pages max with a couple of images on each page. Nothing particularly complicated, but will want a google map location of the lab on the "Contact Us" page as well as a form that customers can fill in with details that should be emailed to us.

The website would need to be responsive as I imagine most would read it on their phone. If you can install an SSL Certificate then great. If the content can be updated by me in the future then that would help, if we ever change phone numbers, our lab address etc.
