I Need a Web Developer

I am looking for someone to build a new website for my company.

The current website is www.gripfix.ie.

I need a modern ecommerce layout built on a woocommerce platform. The website needs to be fast with SEO availabilty.

The site will hold 500 products with differnt product variations so needs to have the capacity to hold this and still run at optimum level.

We will need our prdocut pages to have downloadable PDFs of spec sheets of the products.

The website should have prices hidden frmo customers unless the customer is logged in. Customers with an account can log in and view prices. We offer the list price and different percentages to customers as different customers recieve different discounts. We will need to assign a new custom to a certain discount. For exmaple a customer who recieves 20% off will need to see the prices at the discounted rate. Customers who recieve no discount will see the price as full price.

Customers will need to apply to an oline accoutn for registration to be able to have access to purchase frmo the site. They can still look at the products and tehw ebsite, just cannot purchase anything or see prices.

On the product page customers should be able to select from a drop down differnt size variations.
