I need a web designer to create an online shopping website

I need an online shopping website similar to Costco.co.uk; in total there are 100 products to be listed in 8 different categories. Here is the list of products: https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/anns-home-fashion/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=
 
Please see the steps to be taken below:
Step 1: Select a very nice shopping template for WordPress. For the page builder, you must only use Elementor.
Step 2: Define menus and pages (products) according to the criteria mentioned above. You need to search on Costco.co.uk and find the item according to the eBay list, then create a page with its related category(menu)- The specification of the product page, there should be four sections including: Product Details, Specifications, Delivery & Returns and Customer Ratings. (E.G. Please see the link: https://www.costco.co.uk/Home-Improvement/Power-Tools/Cordless-Tools/JCB-Tools-Professional-8-Piece-18V-Power-Tool-Kit-with-6-Lithium-ion-Batteries/p/276031). Also, you need to use Costco as the source of images, comments, rating and product details for each product. Be sure that all comment and ratings for each product exactly match with Costco.co.uk.

- The specification of the category page, there should be four filters for results including: Brand, Type, Price and Customer Ratings. (E.G. Step 3: Define payment, customer page and sending the invoice- The specification of payment page: each customer should have a page to be able to see orders and shipping detail. Payment should be done by Papal and automatically sends the invoice to the customer's email.
Step 4: Testing and finalisation. All 100 products with its rating and comments must be listed. I should be able to easily add, delete or update a product. Payment system and card page should work well, no bug or issue.

I would be appreciated if you could provide a demo of the online shopping website similar to what I requested. And briefly explain your previous experience of designing related websites.
