I need a Professional Website designed for a Teaching Supply Agency

Description of every page: I am starting up a Teaching Supply Agency at the end of August 2014 ( Recruitment - Supplying Teachers to Primary and Secondary Schools in London). I need a very simple website designed. It needs to have Homes, Teachers, Schools, About Us, Contact Us
I need a section for Teachers to be able to search for jobs ( If this will make the site more complicated, we can leave it out) and a section where available current jobs scroll across. Section for schools to register their Jobs _ maybe this link could be attached to my inbox, so that when a job is registered it goes to my inbox. A section where teachers can register their CV (again this can come to my inbox.)

I need it to be simple. It does not have to have a database attached to it as things such as CVs and Job vacancies can be emailed to me. But I do need it to have jobs scrolling by and look professionals.

Most of all, it needs to be finished by the 17th or 18th of August as I need to launch it to capture the September Academic market.
