I need a professional website design + brand identity

Description of every page: Hello,
I am looking for a firm that can help me create an online visual identity for my business, which is a consultancy that provides a service to high-net worth individuals. Initially, I only need a one page landing page, then I would like a basic 4 or 5 page site. It will be very basic in terms of functionality, but a bespoke-looking, high-end design is essential. It would be a big plus, but not necessity, if you could also help with an overall branding package including, stationary, guidelines etc.

They key is whilst I have a general colour scheme in mind, I don't know how I want it to look, so I would like someone with a creative eye to work with me and give me ideas, as opposed to just asking me what I want the website to look like.
