I need a new set of graphics, site CSS/graphics and banners designed.

I currently maintain a site here: http://www.barbermall.com However, my customer is complaining that they are losing business because barbers (men) are somewhat turned off by all the feminine logos, etc. on the site. I'd rather not redesign all the backend code that uses templates. Presently, I need to rework the banner images, CSS, and all site graphics so they convey similar/the same messages as they currently do, but feature men (rather than women.) This is specifically a change to colors - I expect all the styles, graphic sizes, etc. to remain the same - I want to "drop in" the new scheme to replace the existing stuff, without having to redesign any surrounding HTML code or templates.

Graphics such as these would need to be re-done as well to be more masculine (Feature male barbers rather than just women.)

I'd like this image to be redesigned to have more barber tools (and less stylist ones):

http://www.barbermall.com/static/img/home-banner3.jpg (basically, remove the curlers, and add in some items that you would find at a barber shop clippers, combs, shears, straight razors, etc.)

Then all the other styles and graphics would need to be re-done with a new color scheme. Retaining the same sizes, etc.
