Want I want to do is make a website that is solely focused on explaining and selling my new software that I will be on the website

I want the program to be displayed on the index page, the user can click on any of the buttons on the program image, and it will bring up a new small window with text and video that the user can click on to watch a short guide of the button function, there are 16 buttons to click on and also 1 tab button
