I need a monthly ($200.00 a month) web person For Extended Time

I have two websites under construction. One is for limousine business, and one is for my none profit. I have a person working for me for $200 a month building these two websites. I send my material daily during the week, and he uploads and creates and, typically, by the weekend, cleans up everything. Sometimes I send more, and sometimes I send less. And there is time I will not send anything.

One website will be done within the following 15-20 pages ( limo one ), and after that, it is possible to update and post on its blog only once a week. Eventually no need to do anything. The other one means the main website will continue to add pages and news, etc. It does not matter if we do the work I mentioned above on these two websites or do nothing. The monthly fee will be paid by the end of each month. We can change the style to PPH with no problem about this.

This will continue at least for the next nine months, but if everything workout friendly and suitable will be a permanent monthly income for an extended period, many years to come. The person doing this for me has worked for me and with me for over nine years. But just recently acting weird. I was happy to continue with him to the end of my life as I am a permanent person. But, eventually, the person sounds like he got many jobs and shows no respect for finishing his tasks on time here. In one of my projects, he was paid for 18 months in the past stright, and barely I talked to him two times a month. Means was doing absolutely nothing and getting paid for 18 months.

I am looking for someone who can design simple things for the same webs, modify them, and be very familiar with the world press. My non-profit business is just starting, and if everything works out, I can increase this fee by 25% per month in January of every year.
