I need a high-end interactive webpage with artistic illustration on it

Description of every page: The landing page will be the destination of an email campaign sent to people about the opening of a new building. The page should be extremely high-end looking, and should display the new building on a watercolour or sketch-style background. The building will have clickable points that will expand into pictures or animations of what's available on each floor.

We are looking for an outstandingly talented individual who can create this striking webpage :) Pictures of the building and a description of the interactive points will be provided but you will need to source (and have full permission for commercial use) for all images and animations used.

Brand style guidelines will be provided.
Ideas for the visual style: Artistic, high-end, colourful, luxurious but quirky
Things to avoid: Stock animation, vector-style illustrations
Extra notes: Deadline of Friday 24 June at the latest for fully completed work.

If you cannot complete this project from start to end including all elements required please do not send a proposal.
