I need 2 small redesigns for a website

I am looking to redesign two areas of the website https://mystead.com/. Specifically, I want to focus on the front display area featuring the video behind the "Get Connected" section and the dropdown menu. I need a creative and artistic designer to revamp these areas while keeping the overall theme of the site in mind.

Please include details about your ideas for these improvements. The specific requirements and budget will be discussed with suitable candidates. Although this is a small project, I am also looking for a permanent designer for future projects.
