We need to create a static HTML page. It should be designed using custom css and must not have bootstrap. Page should be cross browser compatible ,pixel perfect and responsive. It should be delivered as a zip file which includes the index.html, index.css and any images.
We already have the design which we have attached , which needs ammending without bootstrap . This is SUPER URGENT!!!
