Website Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced web designer and developer to help us enhance our real estate website built on the HOUZEZ template. Our goal is to make our website closely resemble the demo09 version of HOUZEZ, improve functionality, and create a special page for our new development projects. We are looking for someone who can combine design aesthetics with coding skills to achieve the desired results.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Website Review and Enhancement:**
- Evaluate the current website to identify areas where it deviates from the demo09 version.
- Make necessary design adjustments to match the demo09 style as closely as possible.
- Ensure that all pages, forms, and plugins are functioning correctly.

2. **Special Page for New Development Projects:**
- Design and develop a dedicated page for showcasing our new development projects.
- Incorporate an image gallery to showcase project images.
- Add floor plans area to provide a comprehensive view of the projects.
- Integrate a contact form for inquiries and leads.
- Reorganize buttons for the price list to improve user experience.


**Requirements:**

- Proven experience with web design and development, especially with WordPress and HOUZEZ or similar templates.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Experience in creating and optimizing web forms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
