Help me with WIX

I've had my site recently overhauled and switched over to WIX. I love everything about it, but for some reason am having issues editing with WIX. (I'm not a tech luddite..been running servers and several websites over 24 years.... go figure).
I need someone to zoom call me and show me around, in real time.... show me how to manage basics like menus, galleries. Everytime I go in and look around I break something.

Go see for yourself. For some reason, all my menu links are gone. Poof. wtf??
Can you help me? English speaking. Shouldn't take long
