Gravity Form CSS Styling

I need to have the CSS styling from this multi-page Gravity Form:

Copied across to this Gravity Form:

So that the end result is that they are both styled identically (including mobile, where some of the button styling is different). Please note - it is just the form styling that needs work, not the content in the right hand columns.
