THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Squarespace Web Designer to join our growing team.
You’ll lead design inspiration calls, guide clients on UI/UX and translate their vision into aesthetically pleasing websites.

You’ll collaborate closely with entrepreneurs and our internal team to translate strategy and vision into design that converts and connects.
You'll work alongside our strategists, SEO/AIO specialists and copywriters to shape websites from the inside out.

Most of your work will focus on websites for service-based businesses, landing pages and digital marketing collateral as our services continue to evolve.

This is a highly collaborative role, but one that requires confidence, independence and strong strategic thinking.

What you’ll own:

You'll become the strategic messaging partner on every website project you work on.

This includes:
- Lead design discovery sessions with founders and business owners.
- Design visually compelling and intuitive Squarespace websites that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver on deadlines
- Work in Figma for prototyping, concepting, and presenting ideas to clients and the team
- Create graphics, icons, and other visual assets that enhance the website and user experience
- Work effectively within project management systems to ensure smooth workflows
- Integrate functionality and features within Squarespace to enhance usability
- Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and structural plans for review
- Communicate directly with clients, presenting ideas and ensuring alignment at every stage
- Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices across projects

Qualifications:
- Native or near-native English (written and spoken) is required
- 2 to 5 years of experience designing Squarespace websites, with a strong portfolio to show for it
- Proficiency in Figma is required
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) are a strong advantage
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they fit into modern design workflows. You'll be using new tools as they emerge, so openness matters
