Figma - Information Architecture and Wireframe Design

We are rebuilding our site and starting fresh with Information Architecture followed by Wire Frames.
Most of the Customer Research and Value Proposition Design is done (To some degree). It will certainly evolve during this process.
Websites are for one thing only, get more leads, meaning it needs to be an SEO/Mobile-First Approach.
We have an existing site to reference, but it is not the ideal structure, focus and content.
Visual Design will follow once we have a handle on the above.

Must have experience in SEO
Must have experience in Keyword Research (SemRush/InLinks)
Must have experience in Information Architecture
Must have experience in WireFrame Design

All of the work will be done in Figma, so must be a master.
