Email design on mailchimp

Design details: I run a small energy brokerage. We will be sending out a quarterly newsletter to about 150 and possibly 500 to 1000 corporate clients, the newsletter should also appeal to potential clients who might be interested in our service, so I want something dynamic and has a striking effect on the eye. The aim of the email is keep clients updated and to share information that would be relevant to them. It needs to be look very slick,simple and be a interactive as possible, and have a corporate angle to it. Posted out every quarter by us from Mailchimp. As part of the job all images are to be passed to us for linking up to any future projects. The email is to be used as a permanent template so that we can edit wording on a regular basis, so we just want the design and layout ready for the wording to be input. This is a one off job that will lead to further work if possible.
