Ecom shop adding to existing website

I need a shop adding to my wordpress site, the template allows woo commerce and it already installed .
It needs customing and setting up.
I will need a shop page with all artwork, which will I need to be able to add to regularly.
Each product will need its own page, I have numerous images that I want on each product.
The square crop is only to be used on the shop front page and other products you may like. I do not want this in the gallery on the product page.

I would like to link it to Instagram so that people can click on the click of the product and go to the shop.
I'd like reminders sent to them if they put something in their basket.
I don't have a specific design but I like some of the aspects of:

I like it shows the edition and sizer of the work, other images at the side. see two examples in the attached images.
I love the idea of having the person next to the artwork so you can see its size against them, see attached image. This image is from rise-art I can not use this but would like something similar created.

I don't want it to show how many are currently available, I don't want it to show the keywords.

I'd also like a tweak on my about me page, where it's in two columns on the desktop but only one on the mobile.
