Develop Hyper-Local BOPIS Marketplace MVP with React/Node.js

Hi, I'm the founder of a UK start-up building a hyper-local online marketplace for independent retailers.

We need a functional MVP to validate with 50 pilot retailers and 100 test orders.

Launch Scope: Turn our prototype into a working MVP in 2-3 weeks. Web-first with mobile responsiveness; no full native apps yet. Focus on core BOPIS for 50 users.

Must-Have Features:

User Registration/Login: Email/password or Google/Apple; GDPR pop-up for opt-ins (marketing/data sharing).
Customer Browsing & Search: Product grid with postcode filters (5mile radius); keyword search; "zero-emission" badge.

Dashboards: Seller dashboard to include each business profile, picture of offline store and a feed for sellers to update their status.
Buyer: To see all order confirmations and history.

Product Listings: Retailer dashboard for 5-50 uploads (images, descriptions, VAT prices); stock alerts.
Shopping Cart & Checkout: Add to cart; Nuvei payment; VAT display.

BOPIS Scheduling: Post-pay slot selector (e.g., 2-4pm); Google Maps locator; email/SMS confirmations.

Compliance: 14-day cooling-off notice; cancellation form; basic refunds. T&C's.

Admin Dashboard: Order/GMV tracking; user management.

Should-Have:
Reviews post-pickup.
Mobile PWA.

Frontend: React.js/Next.js.
Backend: Node.js/Express.
Database: MongoDB.
Payments: Nuvei SDK.
Maps: Google Maps API.
Hosting: AWS basics.

Deliverables:
