Design photo background and graphics for my IG post

Hi,

I am looking for some designs for a Instagram post.

Please look at the images below. My idea is roughly like "template v1" and "template v2". Image 1 is my mock version in paint. I want photo of the person, and then text of their name in the middle or top of the page. Then the lower section it should be strengths and weaknesses.

I will require it to be done in Adobe Photoshop. Once its done, do send over the template as I just got the software. Looking for someone to spend 1-2 hours doing some quick designs as I think its easy for someone else.
