Design only for a Website - Photoshop

I am looking for a few designers who when I give a web brief they will design a 1 page layout of how the web page may look - layout, style etc - sometimes logo also

I currently have a brief for a vocal entertainer who I would like to trial this with, as always I need this doing quite quick.

So what I suggest is please bid for your time and hourly rate to generate a 1 Page Home Design based on a brief that I will provide. Also bid on the fact that you can deliver this by Wednesday am. I will decide the designers by Monday evening.

I am prepared to accept up to 4 bids to evaluate the designs.
